Getting started

  • Complete registration and verify your email using the link we send you.
  • After approval, sign in at the customer portal with your email and password.
  • Add your organisation profile, departments, and employee records.
  • Configure leave types, payroll periods, and payment methods (M-Pesa or card where enabled).

Account and billing

  • Renewals โ€” Use Renew subscription from your dashboard before expiry.
  • Invoices โ€” View and download invoices from the Invoices section.
  • M-Pesa payments โ€” Enter your registered phone number when prompted; approve the STK push on your handset.

Payroll and HR

Payroll features vary by package. Ensure statutory deductions and company policies are configured with your finance team. Export reports before month-end close if your auditors require offline copies.
